Implementations Business Analyst

The Implementations Business Analyst role is critical in the success of the implementations team. This role provides the framework to thorough, complete and consistent deployments/setups of the CLINICARE/CHARTCARE software. This resource is expected to interact with all departments and keep abreast of the latest company initiatives and provide input where requested.

 

 

Applicant Requirements:          

·         Minimum of 5 Years of clinical management system solutions experience is required;

·         Experience working with CITRIX, UNIX, Windows Server 2003, HP, & IBM equipment;

·         Creativity and innovative thinking, bringing a positive attitude to problem resolution;

·         Leadership qualities;

·         Superior decision making abilities;

·         Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, pressure filled environments;

·         Strong written and oral communication skills;

·         Training experience in all areas of EMR solutions.

Applicant Responsibilities:

·         Directing project implementations / assisting project managers with on-site and remote training programs;

·         Performing software deployment and staging to meet client requirements;

·         Directing support staff to meet implementation targets/goals;

·         Acting as primary point of communication with the Project Management team throughout the deployment cycle;

·         Managing ongoing deliverables against the original project scope of work;

·         Escalation of client  alerts to senior management;

·         Conducting remote / onsite training sessions for clients;

·         Creation of documentation for new deployments, training plans, estimates, and CBT’s;

·         Work closely with Technical Writer to ensure completion of all implementations documentation;

·         Attending close down meetings with all participants upon completion of an implementation;

·         Commitment to quality and responsiveness.
