Celebrating our 25 Years in Business, our 23rd Annual Users' Conference was held September 18 - 21, 2009, in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
It took place at the four-diamond Fallsview resort, Sheraton on the Falls.

Scheduled Sessions
The Conference ran from Friday morning until Monday late afternoon with free time for all on Sunday afternoon.
Activities
- A helicopter tour of the Falls;
- A Niagara-on-the-Lake Winery Tour;

- The Niagara-on-the-Lake Shaw Festival.
